Theme fix and fix and statement

• Before we start: if you change your mind before giving us collaborator access, we'll refund you in full.
• If we can't do the work: if your theme can't be fixed, for example because it isn't an Online Store 2.0 theme, we'll refund you in full.
• After delivery: if a fix breaks something or doesn't work as described, tell us within 14 days and we'll correct it at no cost. If we can't put it right, we'll refund you in full.

Monitoring

You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the current month.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@storefixers.com with your order number. Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
