Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Store Fixers collects, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Store Fixers is run by Amer, based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: hello@storefixers.com.

This website

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Information we collect

When you contact us or become a client

• Your name, email address and the content of your messages.
• Your store's address and the accessibility scan results for it.
• While we work on your store, collaborator access limited to your themes. We don't access your customers' data or orders, and you can remove our access at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to the information it collects.

Business outreach

We may email Shopify store owners using business contact details they've published, such as an email address on their store's contact page. We only store the business name, store address, published business email and the results of a public scan of the homepage.

How we use it

• To reply to you and deliver the work you've paid for.
• To send you a free snapshot of your store if you, or our outreach, asked for one.
• To run monitoring scans if you subscribe.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Service providers

• Google Workspace, for email.
• Cloudflare, for website hosting.
• Lemon Squeezy, for payments.
• Instantly, for sending and tracking business email.
• AI model providers, to analyse scan results and draft code fixes. We send them your theme code and scan results, not customer data.

How long we keep it

• If you opt out of our emails, we delete your details and keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we don't contact you again.
• If you don't reply to an outreach email within 60 days, we delete your details.
• For clients, we keep invoices and project records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@storefixers.com and we'll act on your request within 10 business days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
